Use of the Website, including browsing, making reservations, contacting the Website Management, or using any services offered through it, is subject to the terms set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
By using the Website, the user fully agrees to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you are requested to refrain from using the Website.
The Website Management reserves the right to update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion, without prior notice. The binding version shall be the version published on the Website at the time of use.
For convenience only, these Terms are written in the masculine form but apply equally to all genders.
Any use of the site constitutes acceptance of these regulations, the terms and conditions contained therein.
Services Offered on the Website
The Website allows viewing, obtaining information, and making reservations for hospitality and vacation properties located in the Old City of Safed.
As part of its operations, the Company manages a network of approximately 30 hospitality properties, including: Boutique suites for couples, apartments, vacation complexes for families and groups, vacation villas. The Company operates both as an owner/operator and as a property manager on behalf of third-party property owners. Reservations may be made via the Website, contact forms, telephone, email, or other communication methods listed on the Website.
A reservation is subject to final approval by the Website Management and availability of the requested property. The Website Management reserves the right to modify, update, or remove properties, pricing, accommodation terms, or services at its sole discretion.
Terms of Use
Use of the Website is permitted for individuals aged 18 and over only.
By making a reservation, the user declares that:

A minor making a reservation shall be deemed to have acted with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Booking & Payment Process
A booking is only considered confirmed once the Company issues an official reservation confirmation and the full payment or agreed deposit has been received.
Accommodation payments can be made via: Credit card, bank transfer, any other payment method approved by the Website Management.
All prices listed on the Website are subject to change without prior notice.
In the event of a typographical error in pricing or property details, the Website Management reserves the right to cancel the booking and refund the client any amount already paid.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Law and the Company’s internal procedures.
Cancellation up to 30 days before the stay
Cancellations up to 30 days before the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee of 5% of the booking amount.
Cancellation between 30 and 7 days before the stay
For cancellations within this period, the Company will, whenever possible, try to find a replacement guest.
If a replacement guest is secured, the client will receive a proportional refund based on the payment made by the replacement guest.
Cancellation within 7 days of the stay
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will be charged the total booking amount.
No-show
Failure to arrive at the property on the scheduled date will be considered a same-day cancellation and will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation by the Company
In rare cases where the Company must cancel a booking for reasons beyond the client’s control, the client will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative accommodation, subject to availability.
Stay Times
Check-in and check-out dates & times will be provided upon booking and may vary between properties and/or dates .
Guests must vacate the property on time and leave it in reasonable condition.
Guest Capacity
Accommodation is limited to the maximum number of guests specified for each property, as indicated in the property details on the Website or in the booking confirmation.
No additional guests may be brought into the property beyond the number approved in the booking confirmation, without prior written approval from the Website Management.
The Company reserves the right to charge extra for additional guests or, alternatively, to terminate the stay in case of exceeding the approved number of guests.
Events, Parties, and Noise
Parties, large gatherings, or any activity causing excessive noise are strictly prohibited without prior written approval from the Website Management.
Guests must respect public order and maintain quiet, especially during nighttime, considering the character of the Old City of Safed.
Violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
Use of Property and Code of Conduct
Guests agree to:

The Website Management reserves the right to terminate the stay in case of violation of these conduct rules.
Shabbat & Holidays
Properties are suited for the religious and ultra-Orthodox public, including:

Possibility of accommodation during Sabbaths and holidays
Guests must respect the nature of the property and its surroundings, particularly during Shabbat and holidays. Certain properties may have specific restrictions on check-in and check-out times according to the type of accommodation.
No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas outdoors, such as open balconies, if available.
Violation of this rule may result in additional cleaning charges.
Pets Policy
Bringing pets into the properties is allowed only with prior written approval from the Website Management.
Upon approval, the guest must ensure the pet is trained, does not cause noise or damage to the property.
The guest must ensure pets do not sit on furniture, including beds, sofas, chairs, or any other furnishings.
All necessary pet equipment, including bedding, food and water bowls, and cleaning supplies, must be provided by the guest.
The guest is solely responsible for supervising the pet and maintaining cleanliness during the stay.
In case of any damage caused by the pet, including but not limited to: hair on furniture, waste inside the property, scratches or tears to furniture, damage to flooring, textiles, or other equipment etc.
The guest will bear full responsibility and pay for the cleaning, repair, or replacement costs, based on the actual cost of the damage. The Website Management reserves the right to refuse pet admission or revoke approval in case of violation of this policy.
Illegal Use of the Property
Any illegal activity in the properties is strictly prohibited.
The Company may terminate the stay immediately and without refund in the case of unlawful activity.
Damages and Security Deposit
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, equipment, or belongings during the stay.
The Company may require a security deposit at the time of booking or check-in, which will be refunded after property inspection.
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings during their stay.
The Company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
Valuables should be kept in a secure place.
If an item is found after check-out, the Company will keep it for up to 30 days. During this period, the guest may coordinate collection or shipping at their own expense. After this period, the Company may dispose of the item at its discretion and bears no responsibility for loss or damage.
CCTV, Cameras and Security
For the safety of guests and properties, security cameras may be installed in outdoor public areas of some properties (e.g., building entrances or shared courtyards).
No cameras are present in private guest areas.
Liability
Guests stay at the properties at their own risk.
The Company is not liable for bodily injury, property loss, theft, or any other damage during the stay or from use of the facilities.
Guests must use facilities such as hot tubs, balconies, and stairs carefully and responsibly.
Use of Jacuzzi, Pool, and Sauna
Some properties include facilities such as jacuzzi, pools, and/or saunas (collectively, “Facilities”). Use of these Facilities is at the guest’s sole responsibility.
Guests must follow safety guidelines provided on-site or by the Website Management.
Before using the jacuzzi or pool, guests must shower with clean water and maintain proper hygiene.
It is strictly forbidden to introduce any substances into the water, including but not limited to soaps, oils, bath foam, salts, or other materials that could damage filtration systems or water quality.
It is strictly prohibited to bring sharp or glass objects, food, or beverages into the jacuzzi, hot tub, pool, or sauna.
Children may use the Facilities only under adult supervision.
Guests must not alter the equipment or systems beyond normal use.
If covers are provided for the jacuzzi or pool, they must be placed on after use.
Damage caused by misuse, including adding substances to the water or other improper use, may result in the guest being charged for repair, cleaning, or restoration.
The Website Management is not responsible for injury, accidents, or other harm caused while using the Facilities.
Facilities may be temporarily restricted or disabled due to technical issues, maintenance, or safety reasons, without constituting a breach of booking terms.
Data Security and Privacy
The Company is committed to protecting users’ privacy.
Information collected from users will be used for:

Force Majeure

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Terms of Use is governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
Exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes regarding use of the Website or bookings made through it lies with the competent court in the Northern District.
